Ok so as I'm sure @IceDree would agree, no better place to start than the (currently a bit unloved and lacking) Grotti stable.

Whilst not exactly the last word in luxury.. there is nothing more special.

I have made no attempt to hide my passion for the marque and I sincerely hope there are some more great Grottis to come. (I have space for you waiting).

I too recently visited Maranello, to run through the final specs of my latest bespoke masterpiece.. sadly it's a track day only tool that will reside at the Fiorano track. and while I was there I ALSO acquired some lovely pieces to grace my new penthouse apartment.

 

 

 

I recently had to relocate my entire Italian car collection as I was unable to obtain planning permission for an extension to my underground nightclub garage, and 30 spaces has become too much of a squeeze.

As many of my "German" cars are stored separately to the main German section, 30 was adequate for them so they have filled the nightclub with a few spots to spare for some new purchases, (AMG-ONE on order, and I've had my eye on a couple of classic old Beemers).

Although the nightclub garages were a lovely place to store my stallions, I needed closer to 40 spaces altogether for Italians.

With this in mind I purchased two mid-range apartments, exclusively for the garage space to house my Grottis, directly opposite to my office garage 1 which houses the rest of my Italian collection.

It's not my ideal situation but will do for the time being whilst my new MANSION complete with luxury 100 car storage is being built.

It at least allows me to safely store my Grottis and view them in adequate lighting, which can't be said about my office garage.

Sigh don't get me started. The city keeps denying my permit to renovate one of my properties citing historical significance and community fears of gentrification ... Its a frickin warehouse.

Unfortunately I made enemies in City Hall and the Mayor's office, so no building for me ... However, I'm keeping an eye on the listings and will see how that goes.

I envy you Grotti guys. I used to have all of them, but they were sold early last year. Needed money for DLC. I had one CEO garage with Grottis, one with Pegassis and one with the whips from Benny.
