Can’t pick up Otis Miller Revolver

As the title says, I cannot pick up the Otis Miller Revolver. I was able to loot all the photographs in the chest, yet the revolver isn’t ‘glowing’ and the game isn’t giving me the option to pick it up by pressing L1. However, the weapon icon remains on the map. I have tried progressing 7 ingame days, and upon returning the chest remains open with the non lootable revolver in it. Has anyone experienced this?

Haven't experienced this personally, but might be worth saving + reloading your game a few times and seeing if that helps. If not, might be worth trying a few alternative methods such as replaying older missions, playing some newer missions, modifying a few weapons etc. If there's a game update it's always worth downloading that too.
