Mod GTA VCS do San Andreas

I uploaded pure GTA San Andreas and I uploaded GTA Vice City Stories mod. I installed it where GTA SA was. All the time I got the error "cannot find 1317x741x32 video mode", but I managed to use it with this modification: https://www.gry-online.pl/S030.asp?ID=60629. Another bug started to pop up when I started, but the game starts. It only starts up for a while and turns off. She launches herself on a full screen, but on the movie it is a piece of screen (this way it recorded the movie). There is only a black screen, from 2 to 3 times glittering white screen and the game is thrown into the desktop. Does anyone have a solution maybe?
