how do i change the color of the table?

Think it can only change colour with the penthouse colour scheme

 

Don’t hold me to that though, I changed my penthouse scheme and I think the table did too

 

EDIT. yes i does, i have the first colour scheme and my table is a shade of pink. the (vomit inducing) vibrant scheme makes it blue and the cool scheme makes in purple

i also though collecting the 54 cards unlocks an alternate deck of cards for my private table

It automatically changes to the cards you collected, so you most likely missed a few cards 
That said very occasionally i see small bugs, like when the dealer holds the unlocked deck of cards, but somehow deals the standard cards out of it.. that guy has some serious sleeve-skills xD

i unlocked the suit, i didnt really start playing cards after i did the all the missions and all awards to plat.

i assumed it would be in management or renovate

i do have a plack of cards in my decorations (its all the high cards i think)

yeah it changes automatically. Sadly you can't change it back...

Yyou also get a decoration prop with those cards.
