Help - Radio Stations

I am making a edit of GTA San Andreas (GTA Balkan) and i changed the name of the cities and the cars and everything but i cant find out how to change the radio stations if it is possible?

And also is it possible to change the text of the road sign exp (San Fierro - Belgrade) ?
