I cannot break car windows

Ok, this might seem a quit stupid thing to start a thread about, but I cannot simply break my car windows.

I've noticed this when I was jacking a car from the street, my character would break the window, in order to pull up the lock to unlock the door.

However, the window was still intact!

 

So then I've decided to try breaking all kinds of car windows, trucks, cars, super cars...

Heck, I even called my own personal cars, but I couldn't break the windows!

Every time I shoot the window, the bullets would just go through the glass (I could clearly see that the glass was intact)

 

EDIT: Even ramming the car didn't do anything...

 

Has anyone got this?

How do I fix this?

yes.

but restarting your game will fix the issue most likely.
