Looking to Optimize Money Making

Hello All, 

 

I'm looking to optimize my night club and businesses (have bunker, organization, cocaine, and a few others). If I was looking to make an optimal set-up with all the available DLC for passive income, what would it look like?

Nightclub w the 5 good business and farmhouse bunker. Always buy supplies for your businesses & bunker. Get the expensive coke place, meth lab, weed farm and cfeit cash location. Have a 5th biz just to keep your NC optimal. With NC, Bunker and biker bizs, youll have passive income of 240k ish per hr after buying supplies. You can use any number of engaging activities to net 300k more an hour and bam 475k per hr. I didnt say 540k bc you will need some time to complete sales. Those are approximations, obviously ...

if you want passive income, just invest in the cheapest mc businesses, assign technicians on the nightclub, buy supplies for your bunker.

 

every couple hours buy supplies for your bunker. depending on how much you play, every couple days sell your bunker and nightclub cargo.

 

i did this for months and was making 1.6million every 2 days.

 

you could try buying supplies and sell cargo for every mc business but in my opinion thats far from passive income and too time consuming.

depends how much effort you want to put in.

 

the nightclub is key, set to coke, meth, cash, bunker, crates. sell once any catagory is almost maxed out (get storage improvements) to ensure max profit

 

then run the bunker and up to 4 mcs

 

then if your still not sick, run import export crates or cars or both

Stop resupplying your MC factories, as MC sales are not a passive income by any means. 

Invest into Armored Boxville for the Fortified VIP work

"Executive Search" with RC Bandito is a form of passive income as well

Nightclub (ensure you have all the upgrades) - assign the technicians to every business your own (Hangar or Crates Warehouse should take the priority)

Bunker (ensure you have all the upgrades) - resupply for $75k, sell for $210K

Spawn in  your Nightclub from time to time and switch DJs  ($10k) to keep popularity at the max - will generate some passive cash in your safe.

p.s. Don't buy upgrades for your MC businesses, as they are not needed. Just set up and leave empty, and they will feed your Nightclub. Do upgrade staff and equipment at the Nightclub, and buy all storage floors and techs.

The basics are all there, the details depend on what else you're doing in the meantime, whether you're a solo player or part of a crew/group of reliable friends for sale missions.

Good money can be made either way, but how fast depends on how much effort you want to put into it.

I have made most of my money (solo) using a combination of Client/VIP jobs, bunker and nightclub sales, and CEO crates with a little Import/Export and contact missions thrown in depending on what is double money.

I can make $1 million per evening solo pretty easy if I want to, even without the benefit of double money.

 

There are also quite a few good money guides on youtube, just pick the reliable authors (Professional, Tylarious, Ghilliemaster, GTA Series to name a few).

Pick and choose your preferred points from each to best suit your style of play.
