Constant crosshair on screen?

I need a mod for san andreas that gives me a crosshair on the screen wich I could turn off and on anytime through a button or a chat command for samp. Preferably a bright green + crosshair that doesn't replace the weapon crosshair. Any help would be appreciated, thx.
