Activation Error/ Not the Common Version/ PLEASE HELP

I've been using the account in question for nearly a year now and am very frustrated with the issue I've encountered. Before I start, I must note: I did recently exchange some parts in my pc with some newer versions. These parts include a motherboard, processor, and RAM. 

Now, to the issue. After not having played for a while and wanting to return to my account, I decided to launch GTA. I launched the game through STEAM as anyone usually would and was met with the rockstar screen (not the black starting screen but the small white and yellow one). It indicated I was signed in as my account (good so far) and proceeded to load. Then I was met with the "ACTIVATION REQUIRED" screen. The activation code was already entered and it seemed all I needed to do was hit "CHECK". I did and was met with the error screen. the screen is just as the ACTIVATION CODE screen only with the error "An unknown Rockstar Game Services error occurred. Please try again later." I tried to submit a ticket but can't login because I lost my 2-step verification device. Many frustrations come with that, if you wish to read those I'll start another paragraph below. I'm in desperate need of help, as all of you know, weeks are spent on a gta account and I wish not to lose it. Thank you.

 

 

 

As for the 2-step, the more frustrating debacle. I lost my device, yadayada. I go to the support site, click on 2-step, indicate I've lost my device, and am told to sign into my account to submit a ticket... You can probably see where the error in this lies and my frustration towards rockstar and its awful customer support continues. I even tweeted @Rockstarsupport

with no response. PLEASE HELP ME.
