I won the prize car but can’t get rid of it

I won the prize vehicle (Turismo Classic) for this week but I had previously bought the same car sometime in the past. I went to go sell it and it says “Sorry - you can only sell vehicles worth up to $50000.”

 

So anyway I can get rid of it?

If you're out of garage space you could replace it with a street car.

 

You could sell your existing Turismo Classic and use that money to modify the prize one the way you want.

Yeah I won a Feltzer off the mystery prize and it won't sell either! 

 

It seems to think it's a street car, I'd imagine it's a bug that will eventually get fixed so be patient.

Not doubting what you saw, but I won a Albany Virgo and I could sell it for $0 lol.

Looks like OP got hit with dupe detection. That can easily happen when you're clearing out a garage.

It's a message that's been around for a long time now, nothing new. If you manage to get an expensive street car into LS customs that's the message you get when you go to sell.

Nope, just a bug. I can sell the Thrax I won for $0 but not the Feltzer.

I haven't tried to sell a street car in years. I never saw that message since I've never been able to get a high end car inside.

It's much older than dupe detection. This is something you'd get if you tried to sell a high end car from creator/race glitches.
