How do I fix this graphical issue? Graphics suddenly looking extremely low quality and flickering from this to Ultra at random moments when moving around.

I tried this 3 weeks ago, and what I recall is that is has something to do with graphics setting msaa, I tried to lower mine and its fixed. I dont know if it will work on yours but try it out.
