Steering wheel help

I am using This steering wheel, but GTA doesn't detect it, windows detects it perfectly but it doesn't work in GTA. Anyone know what to do?

Edit: I tried using Scp Toolkit, but that didn't work, I mean, its just like a ps3 controller but in a different shape, so it should work to use Scp Toolkit
