How long does Rockstar Support usually take to respond? (I've been hacked)

So I was chilling at home with my girlfriend the other night and all of a sudden I get a notification on my phone for an email which was in Russian/Polish but translates to:

 

Rockstar Games Social Club

The e-mail address of the Orbdamu account has been updated.Messages will no longer be sent to <my email> . The new address is now [email protected] <---- (Hackers email) . If it is a conscious change, you do not have to do anything. However, if the change was made by accident or without your consent, please contact support athttps://support.rockstargames.com . Rockstar Games Social Club is a platform that unites players and supports their functions such as statistics bases, teams, rankings, virtual events and more.

 

Now I of course sent a web request in ASAP, but I haven't heard anything for the last two days. 
Is there a way to speed up the process or can I contact them more directly? 

I can't believe that in this day and age, a company as big as Rockstar doesn't support their customer base with a Live Chat feature or has a live phone number to call. (I'm based in the UK for what it's worth)

Unfortunately no. 

 

Rockstar are apparently experiencing a lot of traffic (bug reports, feedback, hacking notifications etc.) due to the time of year, being school holidays, and the fact that the recent DLC has been released with faults. 

 

My last ticket to them earlier this week was estimated to be ~96 hours, but I still haven't received a reply almost a week later. 

 

Apologies. I can't offer any suggestions to you - hopefully Rockstar will get back to you before too much harm is done.
