PSA(?) Casino Chips can now be purchased in more countries (but not usable for gambling)

Had a good fellow on Discord send me a video over - now the video is in Polish - so I don't expect many people to be able to understand... but the gist of the content is that Rockstar have now made it possible for Casino Chips to be purchased by players living in countries where gambling is either restricted or heavily controlled. 

 

As a result, it means that players can now actually buy stuff from the Casino Store which honestly should've been allowed from day one, but I'm glad it's here.

So with this information... if gambling and chip purchases were blocked originally, chip purchases should now at least be available. Let us know posting on this thread if it's been "unlocked" for you. Cheers.

No I don't think so, only buy the coins and use them in the store. 

I could be wrong but I've not really heard a whole lot about this.

Yeah, being locked away from gambling is one thing, but to be able to buy the content through the chips system is only fair.

 

Now we just need a certain van available to all.

Next I hope we see the Lucky Wheel opened to all. 

It's not technically gambling by any laws I know because you are not putting anything up, it can't even be classed a raffle/lucky dip as you are not buying a ticket. Its not a Loot Box because again, you are not paying to spin it.
