All hats that require rank 30 and above can now be aquired with rank 25.

 

Plus a 10% XP bonus for player assassination missions.

 

All bonuses last until September 3.

apparently the last update dropped at 14:45 pm in the uk so i guess wait until then

It never ceases to amaze me how a country founded by criminals looking for freedom from being micromanaged has turned into such a nanny state.

Well... you can blame the country (UK) that turned them into criminals and exiled them to a prison continent instead of trying to reform them. Similar to granny dumping.

At least the UK doesn't put prisoners to death anymore rather than try to reform, unlike some.
