Need help deciding on an Oppressor

Been considering this for a while now, I normally just grind SC, Gunrunning, IE and VIP work and I use my Terrorbyte for a lot of these. My problem is that I'm bored with my buzzard and I want a more fun and efficient vehicle to use, considering the Mk II because it's just dumb OP and would make my life a lot easier, however I sold my Deluxo because it made all my other vehicles obsolete and I'm worried that the Mk II will do the same (also worried it will mark me as a pathetic no skilled troll even though I'd never use it for griefing). My other option would be to go for the Mk I and a Thruster or something just so I could have fun but still keep a bit of variety, and in testing I like the Mk I more just the Mk II would be great for say the special cargo mission where it spawns out in the water. If anyone could give me advice that would be great as I am completely incapable of making a decision on my own.

Thruster. I shoot all MK2 Oppressors on sight.

It will.

Thruster is your best option here, chaffs will give you a couple of seconds to evade Mk2 missiles lock on, turn your back to the Mk2 and fly in a straight line at full speed and keep at it: No missile should hit you.

You can also use passive mode with it.

The only downside of it is the missiles, they're awful.

The Op Mk1 is only slightly cancerous as the Mk2, good for stunting though.

Thanks guys Thruster it is, and yeah I know the Mk 1 is quite aids as well just looks fun to travel in.

Edit: After more replies I'm leaning more towards Mk 2 again, if someone thinks I'm a troll and tries to shoot me down I have countermeasures anyway and efficiency is key, might get the Mk 1 later for more fun stunt travelling.

Thanks everyone for all the replies and help.

Second Edit: Yeah Mk II is has to be... with great power comes great responsibility and all that/

The Thruster is horribly clunky to control, and you need a useless Facility to buy it. The Mk2 has (almost) replaced the Buzzard as the most useful vehicle in game. Don't let these hipsters put you off because idiot griefers use it to do wrong. There's a reason so many people own it, and it's not for the easy kills.

Unless you're planning to rock those weak-ass peashooters and not destroy anything, you will need a Terrorbyte with the mk2 workshop to apply the cancerous missiles...So what's the difference in price to a facility? I see none.

Let's not kid ourselves here, you either use the bike with the cancerous missiles or you get shot out of the sky once any other aerial threat realize that you don't have missiles.

Also the Thruster is not clunky at all after you learn and master the use of the hidden flight controls it has.

Not necessarily, I use mine for CEO/biker work because it’s nimble, it was also a great help when hunting those card collection

But I understand why it gets so much hate, and I understand why people call in MkIIs when they see one floating around

The idea of a non violent MkII user is almost unheard of

OP a MkII is a solid investment, but like a cow turd on a hot day, it will attract flies

He already owns a Terrorbyte.

The OP already has a Terrorbyte, might as well purchase the MK II. Make use of the available parking spot inside.

I've never attacked/killed another player with the MK I or MK II. Yeah, we're rare players but we're out there.

You can use the Mk1 Oppressor for Stunting and smashing everyone in the session in the Top Speed challenge.

210-215mph is easy, my personal best is 221mph

I just logged in for the first time in two years to answer your question.

Buy the MKII. You won’t regret it.

At my core, I’m a grinder. Sometimes I’ll go out of my way to steal vehicle cargo from other players to put in my own warehouse, but I rarely will go after other players doing sourcing or selling missions.

When the OpMKII came out I thought it was a ridiculous vehicle and I told myself I would never get it. Well about a month ago I caved in and I haven’t regretted it once.

The OpMKII is an invaluable tool to have at your disposal when it comes to grinding and maximizing your hourly income. I find myself blasting all over the map sourcing three crates at a time; sourcing high-end vehicles for my warehouse; getting to my bunker to purchase and sell supplies; and doing Client Jobs (Diamond Shopping and Robbery in Progress). I still use my CEO Buzzard for Headhunter as I usually find myself running out of rockets.

The only downside to the OpMKII is that I find myself using my other vehicles a lot less, but that was already the case when I was grinding in my Buzzard.

10/10 must buy.

You know deep down what you must do, the Thuster and mk1 oppressor became obsolete the moment the mk2 arrived.

Use it for good or evil that's up to you, the mk2 is the superior weapon/tool.

Commander S

Get the Mark 3 Stealth Oppressor, definitely.

Costs $0, doesn't take up a garage slot, and totally invisible and undetectable at all times - to the point where it might as well not exist, for all that it has any effect on anything around it. ;)

Forgot to mention that the Mk2 is my "favourite bike" thanks to the MC, so now recharges my health as I ride it. MC also gives you the ability to send it back to storage and call it again instantly, which I think refills the missiles?
