Maximum winnings from Horse Race

If you go to Inside Track, bet like $700 or so on a horse but keep holding down x, click down to start race then press right the cursor will go on the increase bet. Keep x held down and if your horse wins you’ll get around 270,000 chips

Just remember that casinos are geared to making profits through our losses (even the GTA online casino). It might feel like you can win big, and sometimes you definitely can, but overall we statistically lose. Everyone seems to have a magic method for winning big, but beware! Play for fun and not to make huge amounts of money and you'll be OK. Last night I won 20k on the wheel, about 5k in poker, 10k on the horseys and 5k on slots. A nice venture that earned me 40k, but tonight it could be the opposite or worse and, if not, tomorrow or the day after definitely will be. If you're looking to make money in GTA online, do a couple of rounds of headhunter or something, and then sell a bit of coke, arms shipments, nightclub goodies, etc. Cheers!

Lol are you kidding me? He's talking about a glitch where you get a max bet for $200. We do win big. 20k payout on a even horse number one for putting down $200. If rockstar actually added up how many chips went in the pot to how many they paid out the inside track would be bankrupt. However bad they screw the odds paying 200 for a 10k bet is always going to make the player a winner.

If that's a glitch and you can make money from it, I salute you, but isn't that the point? The only way to really make money from the casino is to cheat in the way suggested, do something similar or quit the game when the one-a-day wheel lands on something crap, whereas by playing fair and square with the naive aim of  'making it big' it will cost you packet loads over time.

 

Play for fun, cheat, do whatever, but don't gamble shed loads of hard-earned chips with the aim of making money in GTA online.

Oh yeah I'd play completely different if it was my hard earned chips don't get me wrong. In fact it would be minimum bets just for fun. But in the meantime there's 3million worth of new artwork came out today, and I want it. ALL OF IT. Cos I don't want to wait 3 months for it to revolve. Gta isn't really the game for naive players I think they create it based like that.

We have a thread for horse racing discussion and strategies.  This is really more of a glitch as well.
