Item wheels not working

As you can see from the video, the items wheel doesn't seem to be working at all while the weapons wheel works just fine. I couldn't select/hover anything in the items wheel. I tried everything but still couldn't get it to work properly. I'm on Version 1.10 , the latest one if I'm not mistaken.

Strange bug - do you know if this issue is still present when on a new save file or is it only on that one?

 

Few suggestions -

Save and reload the game a few times, set up camp etc.

Buy a few new items that go in the item wheel slot (drinks, food etc.)

Change a few item wheel clothing slots (gloves, bandana etc.)

Play a few missions, and try dying in those missions a few times too + failing in other ways.

Use the pause menu to replay some previously completed missions

 

If none of those work and the issue's still present only on that one save file, it might be worth starting the game from the beginning again on a new file, or uninstalling and reinstalling depending on how far through you got with it.
