After a while (after leaving penthouse) the party is over and you 'get' a messy penthouse

Hosting a Private Party should have allowed you to "Schmooze" with the guests with the chance to find out information like hidden stashes of Nightclub, Bunker or Businesses stock or the location of someone's car that you can steal and take to your I/E garage.

 

The richer you are in the Casino the more people are at your party and the more you can "Schmooze" and the more you have a chance to find out information.

 

Basically you walk upto groups of people and get the option to "Talk to Guests" and a little fade to black happens. If you find anything out then its marked on the map for only you.

Not really, you would need to spend multiple millions to get the "Members Parties" seeing as you need the Penthouse with the Lounge and the Bar Area add-ons. You then need to win and hold at least a million chips in the Casino to host the biggest Members Parties so thats a million that you cant use, have to drop twenty grand each time and you would still only have a certain chance (Say 25% each group) to get information, you can only get one bit of info per party and you would still need to fight the Lobby once you pick up the items.

This could totally work tbh, and with the stuff showing on radar once you pick it up R* should be 'happy' about it too.

While obviously only a very small chance that they would actually do something with it, have you sent this idea to R*?

You would also get a vehicle that you need to move the Supplies in like a normal Resupply mission so you would have to contend with something like the Rumpo Custom or you would still need to get the I/E car back to the garage against an entire Lobby. The only upside is that the I/E car would always be a Top Range car and the Supplies would always be a full Supplies bar.

Will I get a further discount or entrance fee if I have more chips?

The fee is just reduced this week, not because you hit x number of chips.
