Fixed/New Production Times

Since the last patchlog said that the production times of the nightclub were fixed. Does anyone know how these were changed?

I feel as if they are now producing much faster than before. But I could also be wrong because I never had that in mind.

Does anyone know anything more?

for me "cargo" and "sporting" seem to be producing at a more slower pace, the rest is getting filled at a noticeable speed.

Just checked and i have a feeling that everything is faster now. Sporting and Cargo feels like its now half the time then before.
