In both bathrooms of the casino there this funky little beat. Shazam couldn't find it so I assume it's just something off of SoundCloud.

It's probably an in-house or licensed track, given the length and how it loops. Even in the files, all it's described as is "Casino Bossa Nova", which is apt. It's definitely a lounge bossa nova piece, with the heavy use of organ taking inspiration from Walter Wanderley, I'd think.

 

Rockstar has used obscure pieces before, though, so it might be out there somewhere. They used the background music from this in the EFLC Princess Robot Bubblegum episode, after all.
