Error joining session

Every 15 minutes of playing online ends with me being better from the game with a connection error no matter what I'm doing, then when I go to the story mode and try to go back online it says there's an error joining the session, once I restart the application it works for 15 minutes before repeating the cycle. I haven't played online in a while and I'm starting to get back into it but it is pissing me off with it's constant bullsh*t. Is there any way to stop the disconnects? My internet isn't terrible and works just fine for literally every other game I have.
