PSA! Final Casino Mission: Cashing Out- DO NOT PLAY!

Your mission gameplay rank MAY BE ERASED!

 

If you play the final casino mission (and you are NOT the host) your play history MAY be wiped and you could be re-set all the way back to the very first mission. All of your progress- GONE. No fancy car. Back to square one. This is a KNOWN ISSUE. Do not play the final Casino Mission (unless you are the host) because you MAY lose all progress. Fingers crossed this bug is squashed soon. Boo hiss. :(

Is this only an issue for PS4? I am on Xbox One and haven't had that happen to me (I don't think) I did a full play through as host with a friend (in order) then they did it as host (in order) and I played and completed them but we both still got our award cars and all the platinum awards.

Also by fancy car you mean armoured paragon?

 

Also also you do realise Loose Cheng is always the mission available if you haven't hosted it.

Don't know if problem is across other platforms. My first character completed the missions no problem: got the Enus Paragon R and the cash prize. My second character got bumped back to the beginning with no reward at all.

Sorry but this is a little late, I've already finished them as host and only missing doing them when someone else hosts 😉

SOLUTION

 

tenpennyisplainevil first reported the problem AND found the solution:

 

just go to Online > Jobs > Play Job > R* Created > Missions > Casino - Cashing Out to directly launch the mission and host it

This just happened to me today, i haven't been able to complete bad beat as host with level 10 randoms. So today I just beat it. Then I played cashing out as a guest and completed it. Now the mission doesn't show up, I don't get the free car and I can't play the new diamond casino heist final. I don't know what to do? Please help
