Vehicle Testing

I've kind of looked around online and need a little insight from the more dedicated content creators. Is there any way to make a game mode with pretty much all of the vehicles in the game? I tried Capture but it only limits me to 5 out of a specific class. Maybe I made a mistake. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated. 

 

Pretty much I want to be able to make a full Vehicle Showcase where I can view and drive almost all the vehicles within GTA: Online...

This was only possible back in the day via a glitch. Was patched fairly quickly and there is currently no way to do it unless on PC.

 

I would suggest a race with all classes available, however you will have to keep loadinh it to change classes.

I play on the Xbox One, so it's unfortunate that they patched it. Thank you for your response however!
