Won the Thrax... but the game softlocked

I was lucky enough to win the Thrax on the lucky wheel, however I was unlucky in as much the game softlocked shortly after selecting the garage to send it to, I managed to return to GTA V, I then returned to GTA Online hoping that after a time I would get a notification to say the vehicle has been delivered, but this did not happen, has anyone else had this happen?

 

It happened a couple of times before but I was winning clothes & RP

It happened to someone else on pc when they won the Lost Slamvan, but that is still blacklisted. Not sure why it would do it to a legit car.

My game crashed on my first ever spin, before even coming to a still.

 

I have updated my graphics drivers since then though and haven't had any problems.

You have picture proof. 

Open a ticket with R*, they cant deny it. You can only win one Thrax from the wheel and its specially tagged in your garage so they can check if "Casino Prize Thrax" is in any garage and give you one for free or the money to buy one.

Happened to me as well, I couldn't move. But I waited a minute or two and I changed the lobby. Luckily the car was in my garage.

They have still yet to reply, the waiting times are typically 90+ hours, but I am not playing GTA Online until they have sorted it because to be honest it's depressing, best part of 20 years I've been playing GTA games, although I've had a pretty good experience with their customer support, we'll have to see how it goes, I will keep you all updated in this thread, glad to see I'm not the only one.

Update: Got a response.. they said the issue has been resolved & that all who were impacted have had the GTA$ to the value of the vehicle added to their account + additional funds, however I logged in & this was not the case, also upon further inspection of the response it looked like it was a zendesk reply, so I have opened another ticket in the hope that the issue can be looked into further & referenced the original ticket number.

 

Automation is the future.. hmm I'm not gonna hold my breath.. future maybe, but reliable.. I don't think so...

R* support is as useless as it gets so don't get your hopes up to get any kind of help really. I opened a ticket regarding being locked from casino games (aka region locked) even tho gambling is legal in my country. been more then a week since the update came out, still no anwser, still didn't fix their mistake. So either hope it fixes itself, or wait for another trax to win.

You guys might get lucky soon. Just had a dopey mate on the phone this morning saying he's had money wiped for doing the horse racing glitch lol. Told him to check maze bank log and it actually turns out he's had exact value of a Thrax credited. But he doesn't know why and never made a ticket.

As it so happens I got a positive response just yesterday (from a human too not that pesky zendesk) & although I didn't get the car back I got the value of the car + a little extra for mods & as way of saying thankyou for waiting..

Lost Slamvan came out of the blacklist the first day of this DLC.
