BorbingoBoy
Back when I first got my hands on GTA IV, it had a news panel. GTA IV might have technically been my first GTA game because my friend pirated it for me, since GTA V sounded too expensive for everyone (although now I legitimately own both IV and V). So, when I noticed they removed it, my nostalgia demanded it back. Is it possible to obtain an old version of the feed used by the news panel (was it even news? Was it Rockstar TV?) via Internet Archive and make the game display it in the main menu? Do I have to downgrade the game for the panel to even display at all? Note 1: yes, this is pointless and yes, I'll probably not care about it any more after I enable it, but still, I can't find much footage of it. Hell, IV's Social Club seemed so cool from the footage/screenshots I found, but I didn't manage to find much. Note 2: the game my friend got for me wasn't even actual GTA IV, it was "GTA V edition", but my friend knew nothing about mods and the absurd modding community back then and just assumed it was the same as V. That's how and why I got to experience the first few minutes of the game. Note 3: I had two potato machines, of which I chose the worse one to try the game on, so, of course, the game didn't actually work, lol.
