Great work. Is there any chance to add the option to land as birds? It's in the game, just doesn't work with this trainer sadly.

Quality release, thanks a lot! Is there any way for a new developer to call the natives while in-game? I'd like to see what they do, but it can be a hassle to restart the game everytime I update my script.

My plugins aren't compiling into .dll's :/

 

I've included the "main.h" header in my file but I'm pretty crap at C++ so I've probably made some obvious mistake somewhere along the line :p

Normally the plugin would compile into .dll and you could rename it to .asi :D

 

EDIT: it was an obvious mistake, forgot to tell the compiler to actually compile into DLL xD

So there's an option which gives your vehicle a random custom color, is it possible atm to use a custom hex code instead of it just being randomized?

- My bad if this has been answered before.

Oh . i thought that dll are far away in lands from asi . still . i need to learn scripting :p

No worries, I'm completely new to modding, etc. aswell but I know some basic C++ and a fair amount of Python and C# :D

 

Tip: if you want to learn programming, start with Python and move up onto something like Java or C#, then try C++ :D

Thanks Alex for the scripthook, I created my project and code seems to be running fine.

 

Now the obvious question, are you planning on an asi loader that can unload and reload the DLL's (asi's) in game.

 

That would save considerable time, not having to stop the game and reload it if I recompile my code.

I wonder if there is a way, using scripthooks, to force open the LS Customs menu anywhere. If we could, we could probably do it to mod planes and other vehicles you can't get in there.

 

 

I'm just worried about my game.

 

ALl i wanna know is , this trainer works with only cracked game or the purchased game too ?

 

and will still receive achievements or they will be disable for session

It works on the Steam version I know that.

Use:

"SET_VEHICLE_CUSTOM_PRIMARY_COLOUR" and "SET_VEHICLE_CUSTOM_SECONDARY_COLOUR".

Change the definition of REQUEST_IPL to const char in natives.h. So: REQUEST_IPL(const char *p0)

Can't wait to download and test this out, it's been at least a year since i've done any scripting/programming on RAGE so i'm wondering how rusty i'll be..

this thread has the script to run NY and the Yacht in SP I think, this is my first time with scripts and trainers so little overwhelmed but can this be done now with the SDK becoming released and how can it be done?

Maybe a sticky should be made with a video how to install and showing them the proper directors etc, there's been a lot of people posting in this thread not knowing how to use the native trainer or how to install it?

Sorry, I read "numpad" and assumed you hadn't. Blade posted a different .asi loader to use somewhere in this topic but I can't find it atm, seemed to fix it for some people from what I remember.

You need to add the ped to your group. These should get you started:

get_player_group

set_ped_as_group_member

set_ped_as_group_leader (for you)

set_ped_never_leaves_group

 

get_player_group returns your group, so store that in a variable or something. Then just pass it in the other functions for the spawned ped (besides the group leader one, because you want to make yourself the leader).
