So console isn't showing for you , no crash ?

 

 

Show me ScriptHookV.log

 

For some reason the new update prevents me from using ragehook and I can't run LSPDFR without that. Is there a backup of the previous scripthook version?

Correct, the console from RPH is not showing unfortunately. When I press F4 to launch the console, the game freezes, but not as in a freeze/crash situation, just a pause perhaps. When I press F4 again, the game resumes normal operation.

Actualy ragehook is running but the interface don't show up like scripthook is hiding it.

 

That's why the game freeze when we press F4 (the ragehook console opens but we don't see it).

 

A fix for that will be really appreciate, i really don't want to have to choose between both, both are usefull for differents mods.

This morning Norton deleted my ScriptHookV.dll and NativeTrainer.asi from my GTA V directory. I know this is a false positive on Norton's end, but i wanted to share this with you. The versions in reference originated in the ScriptHookV_1.0.372.2a.zip file.

 

I couldn't get the screenshot to upload to show you the Threat accusations. Sorry about that.

Why do you only loop the CLEAR_PLAYER_WANTED_LEVEL native for the never wanted function?

I always use this:

    if (featurePlayerNeverWantedUpdated)    {        if (bPlayerExists && !featurePlayerNeverWanted)        {            PLAYER::GET_MAX_WANTED_LEVEL();            PLAYER::SET_MAX_WANTED_LEVEL(5);        }    }    if (featurePlayerNeverWanted)    {        if (bPlayerExists)        {            PLAYER::GET_MAX_WANTED_LEVEL();            PLAYER::SET_MAX_WANTED_LEVEL(0);            PLAYER::CLEAR_PLAYER_WANTED_LEVEL(player);        }    }

Maybe the original code get the max wanted level to save it and restore it later...........................................then he'd have assigned it to a variable. Calling a function that just returns something and then dropping it is redundant code

i saw that in you main.h you import the method from dll (scripthookv.dll?), or im wrong? sorry, my programming knowledge is very limited in some cases

I've not had a look,but it should easily be possible,any function in the script hook library can be included in an asi

Yes, via P/Invoke:

[DllImport("ScriptHookV.dll", CharSet = CharSet.Ansi)]static extern int createTexture(string texFileName);

EDIT: Just noticed that that may not work due to the functions not being C-style (extern "C"), but rather using C++ name mangling and __declspec(dllexport).

It's not safer in any way...

 

I don't think you understand what the function does. It sets the MAX amount of stars the player can get. It doesn't set the amount of stars.

I installed script hook v and the native trainer to be able to access North Yankton. Couldn't get it to work so just left it in game folder and ended up playing online since April.

 

Got banned on Friday. R* will not tell me reason why , but could it be script hook v, particularly if an older version?

Yup. If you play online, you cant have any mods.

So has anyone else found that the 372a version does not work on LSPDFR 0.1e beta? I noticed that it did not work after I installed LSPDFR d for god knows what reason.

 

If you look up a youtuber by the name of Jeff Favignano he has a video tutorial where he is showing how to download and run this game. About a week from today.

 

I see in his video he is running 372 not 372a. Can someone upload the older version or something. I am at a loss.

 

The problem from what i have searched is related to Direct X however I am unable to figure this out as I am not well versed in this subject matter.

 

Ragehook will not show the blue bar that it normally shows when it is loading in whenever I try to use this version of Script Hook. If i put this same version of script hook (372a) in LSPDFR d I can run the game with everything running seamlessly. The problem is this version of script hook and LSPDFR e.

 

Please help me lol.
