I've received it as well.

 

It can also be placed in the master bedroom: spot 4/11.

 

What number it has in the list depends on how many pieces of artwork you've bought.

PC here in Europe, doesn't appear for me - neither in MB nor EH, even checked subpage in MB.

 

Can someone screencap the position in the placement menu the wall art should be? Like the names of the paintings above and below.

I wonder how it actually works - the limitations of the decorations - where things can or can't go, seeing as this piece could go in various other locations too, but for whatever reason(s) doesn't show up. 

Did that thing already had the checkmark or you had to buy it for 0$? if it's the former it should still be there tomorrow, if not i'm screwed :c

Yeah mine isn't showing up either still. I made a ticket originally like a day ago because I got the money twice but the hoodie still costs chips and no wall art.

 

They responded about the Twitch Prime penthouse thing which wasn't what my ticket was about at all.

But yeah, triplechecked and no poster here between Summer State and Alamo nor elsewhere, store included.

 

Having had a relatively bug&hassle-free experience up until now (@exactly 8900h on Steam), this week has indeed served a double dick-punch, first through the blanket ban and now this. I know it's a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but after investing a remarkable amount of hours to collect all the things possible, the idea of having to beg for support's attention just doesn't rub me the right way.

I woke up at 05:20 am (i.e. 23:20 east time still Aug 11th) and checked --> no wall art

I just re-checked now (09:50 am on Aug 12th my time) --> same nothing neither at the store nor in my penthouse decorations menu

i did everything required, i got all platinum on the awards section 5 days after the update dropped and i dont have none of the 2 arts they promised, i got the 250k, the hoodie i had to buy it with my money and still no art.

Just close the chat with rockstar support, he want a video of the art behind the counter in the store and all avaible wall arts.

i provided him with the video and there is nothing he can do for me further.

 

He send my ticket to another department, so ill have to wait they maybe can fix my poster.

This, if they cant even make sense of whats going wrong here who knows what will happen with the livery's
(also personally im 'worried' im not even gonna get the funky yeti camo livery for the paragon, as i dont currently have the paragon due to a bug and stupid support still not replacing it)

Still haven't gotten mine.  Sad thing is, the art rewards are really the only two I care about!

 

I only got the $250k yesterday too.  Clean, Day One player.  Paid for my penthouse.  Been playing every day since the update.  All the casino awards are platinum.  No idea what it could possibly be wrong on mg end.
