The only penthouse add-ons you can buy without the lounge are the guest room and garage. I also got the money but, not the poster. I guess Rockstar really decided to stretch out the rest of the artwork. There's really only 10ish new pieces left. I guess next week will finish it all out. Edit: I'm starting to think nobody got the poster. None of my friends got it either. Some have the hoodie but, they purchased it previously. It was never free, even if they did get 250K. As far as I can tell, Rockstar simply forgot to actually add the rewards to the store. It says on the loading screen to claim your "rewards" before August 11th.
