To be found next to the Lucky Wheel most of the time, and sometimes sat down nearby. She's geeky, pretty unique, and has plenty of (odd) lines and animations. Is she based on anyone in particular?

She has a few interesting dialogue lines, at least i think it was her.

I was on my way to the blackjack area at the time.

She looks kinda cute, at least her body looks more unique than any other generic women in the casino who clearly just looks like the female player characters with unique clothes.

Those can only be worn with the stunt man suit, nothing else.

There is trick to wear them with black shorts on female (jeans/sweatpants on male), or to wear them with anything using a more complicated glitch. That last one may have been fixed though. First one still works.

3. Do the telescope glitch (run past it pressing the button to look, the mask will come off without looking thru the telescope)

That's on female -- on male in step 5 you have to switch to topless (and get white sweapants) or a coattail (to get blue jeans).

 

The much more complicated method is the component transfer glitch. As I said, I'm not sure if the update patched that one.

 

BTW you can get a lot of shoes from outfits with this trick, for example the racing shoes.

Her name's Beth according to the game files. She's one of the 11 or 12 unique peds added with the DLC. I also noticed one of the NPC looking kinda like Tracey.

Yeah I’m pretty sure this is her. First her appearance, her voice is the same (is link this video,

not to promote sorry, but just to show you the analysis), and her princess hat. Michael always called her “daddy’s little princess” and that has to be a direct reference. And she just sounds snotty like Tracey does in story haha  also found the KFC man xD or a look alike but it’s funny.

You're right. I was thinking just that. Bryony's nerdy little sister!  Looks like she might also be a clubber from her EDM style dressing. And yep, she is a very unique looking NPC (especially the shoes). Don't recall seeing that color Converse high tops for sale in stores anywhere.
