Evans Repeater - 13 (+1) The Lancaster has the superior aim bloom so I can see it win because of that alone, but for me it feels very cheap to use and not very rewarding. The Evans surprised me with how fast one can clear an entire small hideout. I can clear an entire hideout and still have bullets left in the tube. So for me the Evans wins due to the ammo cap and practicality in the PVE world.
