When is the daily GTA Reset in CEST?

Just want to know when gta realtime resets so i can use the lucky wheel again (in CEST)

If the lucky wheel is tied to the daily objectives reset time, I'd say around 2 am EST.

As far as I can tell it depends on you and what time you came the previous realtime day. Its noon right now as i post this and it still hasn't reset since yesterday for me.

This is the only IRL reset time for GTA Online that I know of.

 

It's a good question though, as I've often wondered what determines item spawns for things like the random weapons throughout the map.

 

Interestingly, RDO limits what you can loot--ran into that last night, when a player beat me to a house and grabbed most items out of it.

 

Theoretically, R* could do the same for the random weapon spawns in GTAO if they wanted to.
