Let's compile a list of countries here. OP will be updated regularly. Based on current location according to IP trace, or based on some of your account settings, or perhaps based on the region where your game was purchased. I'm 99% sure that majority of the countries (exc. Belgium) what have at least been able to do this stuff too if they never linked IRL money to Chips. Why bother making another currency only to be the same. Just to think, they sat down at a meeting and got the choice of allowing most people (who are also fans and supported them) to play this new update after also waiting so long... or screw them and link the shark cards. I'm not so concerned with the gambling as much, though it would be fun. I more so desire the ability to spin the Wheel for prizes. As it would seem.. Unfortunately for me being in China. I am unable to link my VPN using a DNS setup because I would have to disconnect the VPN for a moment, which when reactivated will not be the same address. I was informed I can purchase a VPN router, which would solve my problem. Here's a link for others to use. Maybe China is the only country that this would a be a problem for.
