I have the penthouse and am constantly put in someone’s game.  So far maybe 1 in 6 I’m the host, played for 4 hrs and only got to host 3.

Hosting issues are because . . . gasp, everyone is trying to play.  Yesterday I helped a number of randoms.  Don't quit because you're not hosting, or for some stupid in order bonus.  Do that after you've made friends by taking cover, eating snacks and not dying.  

 

Some tips when you are hosting . . . extend the time.  Even if the impatient 200 level logs off, you may wind up with better players that are level 50s and on their second character.  As a heist freelancer (I mainly help in heists), I can assure you that level is no indicator of skill.  

 

To those who spawned their personal aircraft, did you land at the meeting or just stay away from the cutscene until the attack started?

This are also under the jobs menu, contact missions.

If you host all 6 you will unluck the armored Paaragon Rand some other awards (tip, make a playlist).

 

There also 5 casino work missions, you have to call Ms. Baker in free roam to start these.

They were initially in “Jobs > Rockstar Created > Missions” and all labelled “Casino - <insert name>” but I noticed they had disappeared after I closed application and restarted.

Yea i have added 3 of them to a playlist from my recently played. Have to wait to find the rest.

Thank you. They were there and then disappeared. I've tried everything to get them back, but they won't appear. Must be normal. Weird!

Still having trouble getting past 'Casino - Bad Beat'.

Everytime whenever playing it with a random, they've always kept on dying, or even when so close to actually finishing it, they suddenly either unexpectedly (or intentionally) disconnect from the mission, which p*sses me off.

 

Sure wish some actual help would've been nice.

Be patient through the first side - use the buzzard for the final part.

I just finished Ms Baker's missions. The final cutscene ruined it for me though so I kinda wish I could rewind and not finish.

I’m unsure as to whether it’s a bug or whether developers are keeping them from the list as they may have been accessible to host without a penthouse.

Whatever it is it had me uninstalling and then reinstalling the game and then clearing cache 3 times to no avail. So annoying!

There are a lot more than that, plus location variations on each mission model.

I have done the first mission (not a host) about 5 times now, but never received a call after completion.

 

I'll definitely make the playlist & hopefully it works for me.

How long is it before the next mission becomes available?  I've done the Loose Cheng mission, but the next one isn't happening.  The marker is just giving me the option to replay the first one again?

Try registering as a CEO, then see if it lets you host.

 

EDIT: Nvm. Tried it and it made no difference.

If you're not host, don't play the mission, go back and try again until you are host. Worked for me.

The same happened to me.  So did the mission the second time and I became host.  After completing the mission again, this time I got the call for the next one.

 

Annoying you have to do this.  You should be allowed to choose to be host.

Annoying. 

Had the last job 'cashing out' to do as host, walked into corona ended up with someone else. Completed the mission but now when I go to host it myself the corona has moved to behind the door and I have to start again on 'loose cheng'

irritating to say the least

Gonna be a long, frustrating GTA session for me tonight lol

 

Just one thing, if I complete all the missions without being host, would my casino membership still be upgraded? What rewards will I miss out on if I'm not host? Is it just liveries?

I do think it's just liveries, which I'm not too fussed about.  I just wanna do these missions and get it over with.  Just done second one which was fun.  First one was good too to be honest, but the pay after this won't be worth it, except for fun lol.

 

I'm doing them on Easy, just to plough through them.  People clearly don't like it as they keep leaving during the lobby screen lol.
