Sadly no. The "cruiser" is the Cruiser bicycle model name. The unmarked police car model name is "police4".

It simply excludes the Pegasus vehicles you own from the list, so it will never end up selecting them.

I really wish that the items you already own or have max capacity of (such as ammo or snacks) would just be removed from the prize list.

 

The clothing section on the wheel is pretty much useless to me, as there’s only one or two t-shirts I don’t own on the list, as well as the Gingerbread mask.

 

I would prefer if the clothing prize gave you a randomized clothing item you haven’t unlocked, including special event clothing.

The wheel needs a redesign. It sucks that you can win things like RP, Clothing and Cash. Winning items on the mystery tab that are already on the lucky wheel isn't a prize. Also filling my bunker  or weapons when they are already full isn't a win. Everything on the wheel should be unique!
