There is now a Discounts option under the Inventory entry in the menu.

 

Maybe you can check there... if you have to click on it before you can redeem it.

Well at first I got some stupid clothing, then my internet disconnected right as the wheel stopped spinning. Reload back into an invite only session to spin again and I won the car.
