That happened to me too, but then it showed up again a couple days later.

 

I'm not sure why they bothered with only allowing players to win one podium vehicle.  It's not like they sell for anything, so the player is either going to replace it, or they're going to spend a bunch of money modifying it.  Giving RP instead of a second vehicle definitely isn't going to increase shark card sales, so why not?

I got 15000 RP last night on my main character. Oh and I was one prize spot away on the wheel from winning the car, thought it was going to land on there but nope lands on RP instead

Although my Membership expires next week for PS+ I'm going to try and remember to renew it and make up a graph chart seeing what my most common prize on the wheel is (starting from Monday and finishing on the next Monday or Sunday) 

 

I think I've gotten RP 3 times already this week, I don't blame anyone if they don't need it and exit the game when it lands on RP to possibly get another spin instead.

On the last day of the week, I tried the 4 second method and BOOM "WON THE CAR"

 

Never cared or liked the infernus classic, but I drove it and I surprisingly like the handling. I'll keep it as a good luck reminder

I've never won anything of value in this wheel. Everytime I spin it and see the result I get, I feel pissed and miserable. I've only won chips, money, RP, useless ugly shirt, and a Coke ressuply.

I may have opened Pandora box here, but okay.

 

You have to do this in a session on your own, no other players around.

 

Once your character grabs the wheel and you get the notification to spin, wait 4 seconds and slightly spin the wheel 'counter clock-wise', keep you finger on the stick.

It don't work %100, I was so close once before, but I believe it's better than most of the stuff on the wheel.

It works at least in the sense that the time you wait after the prompt to spin has an influence on how long the wheel spins.

 

I just haven't been able to get consistent results yet waiting certain amounts of time.

 

What I did find is that spinning right at the prompt usually gives the same result. (RP from default position.)

Just noticed today, as i used my Xbox Controller since a loooong time, that you can spin the Wheel. LOLZ

If you Play with Mouse you only have to Click an thats all - wait for a good price. No Chance for a little force...

 

But i noticed it too late and gave the wheel a really slow spin and got MYTERY PRICE again... and what i got?!
