I believe the discount is only valid for 1 day, and since it takes a full day to be able to spin the wheel again, the previous day's discount would have expired. It would be awesome to have saved all the discounts I've unlocked on the wheel and gotten something for free, but that would affect Shark Card sales.

I don’t think so, they only last for a set amount of time. I didn’t waste them though, I bought two random boats that were cheap.

When that happens I usually stick around to see what they get too if they spin, if they get something worse I at least have a "shoulder to cry on" or feel better

Wish i had todays spin recorded . Spun the wheel and it stopped on Mystery , then it moved 1 space at a time 3 over to stop on Clothing !  Strangest spin i've ever seen . Anyway - Clothing - Angel of Death White T Shirt .
