Put in Bad Sports Lobby for Unknown Reason???

I logged onto GTA today and realized I was in a bad sports lobby, I had no idea why as I never fulfilled any of the requirements to be sent to a bad sports lobby (that I know of). Before logging in I had some troubles with syncing the data but I do not think that would effect my situation at all. If someone from Rockstar could either lift my bad sport punishment or at least give an explanation why I was sent here I would be very grateful. I also asked my crew and they said it could also have been a modder who sent me here, which has happened once to me in the past when I was around level 64.
