i earned all platinum casino awards in first couple days, later replayed whole story multiple times both as host and client during first week. i think that should qualify for all categories. yet i didn't even get any reward even for lowest tier. And they didn't even restore lost paragon for almost a month. But nvm, I'll keep bugging them till they restore it, or ban me from using support.

Sure I mean, I feel for you. But to be honest when they gave me a car I never assumed it would be insured. Is that just me? I made sure I went passive and collected it. As for other rewards I don't know. But I got my stuff, my twitch prime rebate and no complaints here. The longer it goes on some people are being sorted others not it just feels a bit meh. There's a reason you didn't get stuff. Sorry

So how would you explain people having 'She's loaded' wall art (part of silver tier) but not having the 'Classic Diamond T-Shirt' (another part of the same tier)? Or having the Truffade livery (part of Gold) but not having the Truffade shirt (other part of Gold)?

Let me regale you with the tale of my chat with support.  This was just yesterday.

 

Firstly, mine should be easy.  I only qualified for Silver, and Silver isn't remotely complicated.  It is simply:

"Aquiring a Master Penthouse (or redeeming for free with Twitch Prime) grants Silver Status."

Well, I did that, and I did so during the qualifying period.  Not right on day one, but before the 7th.

 

So, I explained to the guy that I haven't yet received my Silver Status rewards from the first round of the Diamond Program.  From here, it went like so:

 

Him: "For the Silver Status, you will be getting GTA$250,000.

Me: "But that's the reward for the currently running program expansion.  The first round of rewards indicated wall art and a t-shirt."

Him: "May I know if you've checked the wardrobe for the t-shirt and the Place Decorations UI for the wall art?" (Yes, he actually asked me if I'd checked.)

Me: "Yes, I've been checking regularly."

 

Then, after several minutes, he shared the following huge revelation...

 

Him: "I've checked and there seems to be an issue crediting rewards."

 

At this point, I nearly suffered a minor concussion from the impact of my eyes rolling straight to the back of my head.  Of course there's an issue!  We wouldn't even be having this conversation if there wasn't!  I refrained from saying this, however.

 

Then he told me he was going to "move our chat to e-mail and escalate for further investigation."  Do I believe he did that?  No, I believe "escalate" to mean "delete" in this instance.  Frankly, if I came off as clueless as he did in a support exchange, I'd be burning the evidence.  And I've certainly received no notification of any kind that he did this or if my ticket remains open.

 

Oh, and I know where to look for the wall art, by the way.  Stairwell in entrance leading to the roof terrace.  It ain't there.

 

You've got your rewards.  Good for you.  But to roll in here just to imply that anyone who still hasn't received theirs is either an idiot or screwed up somehow (while laughably claiming you "feel for us") is not cool.

that % is to high, i didn't get the thank you gfts till after i got the diamond rewards, i got the dr awards in the am, then i shut system down and went to work and had the thank you gifts when i came back on, i made support ticket and did a live chat the day before, if i didn't idt i would of gotten them.

Finally got all my rewards (Diamond Status) for the first round today.  I didn't have them yesterday.  I never filed a ticket for it, they just finally appeared.

 

I got a notification on the left of the screen when I logged in saying Rockstar gifted me some clothing.

And we all imagined completing the Diamond Program too.

it took a couple messages with support but they have delivered the good!

 

got my wall art, the krono watches, the tats, the liveries and the shirts, which were the more important items for me.

Just incase anyones wondering I got my items today...yesterday I unlinked the accounts and linked them again...not sure if it was that or the ticket I submitted...but the way it sounded by their response it was as if I already had the items by the time they wrote the response. So its worth a shot. Hope you guys get the stuff soon.

Luckily I couldn't give a hoot about livery's or wall art or clothes so wasn't bothered about playing the missions or AB work more than once. In fact the age DLC bar car collecting is now redundant for me. Yes I'm bored of already as I feared I would be.

 

As usual today I wibiy whatever vehicle(s) are out (if any) sell my bunker and club and log off 

 

Wasted DLC potential. It's boring and there is nothing to do

I for example did everything in order they stated on their website, then did it again and again. Even if I did screw up (which I didn't) I still bought the penthouse 1st thing after the update so that is an instant silver.

Nevertheless, being told that the rewards were unlocked for me specifically, sending screenshots from ingame (where they can see my nick etc.) and video, and after all that being told that I don't have a penthouse (which I spawn in on the video sent) nor did I log in to the game in weeks is the real issue. How can someone like that get a job at all, let alone a one that requires one to solve anything...? They should go and clean the toilets (in pairs so they don't screw up too badly).

In case there are other people like me who wonder why they did not get the rewards for Platinum Status and only those up to Gold, I may have found a possible reason. I know I did the 5 AB jobs before August 7.

 

Here's the wording of the newswire: "After completing the first co-operative mission, simply call Ms. Baker to pick up work around the city."

 

I did not bother playing the coop stuff until early August and called AB right after checking out the penthouse to play some of the Casino Work Missions.

I was on for a few min this morning I got a shirt for logging on. Spun wheel. Bought new casino items in store but didn't notice any rewards from rnd 2

After 7 tickets, the one yesterday told me this:

We understand your concern is regarding Diamond casino rewards in GTA Online.

We investigated your account and we are not able to verify that you have completed the missions as per promotions. We can also see that you have unlinked and relinked the Twitch account after linking the Twitch account on  July- 1. You need to complete all the required missions on or before 7th of August to receive the rewards to your account.

Told him back that i have screenshots from my awards from before 8th augustus, so its completly false.

and about relinking my twitch, that must i do from support after not receiving the first twitch bonus.

 

after that he send me the complete same email, with no more information what i asked!

 

and guess what? I received all my stuff what i supposed to get from the first round of the diamond program stuff.

 

so i told him back, why he not answer my questions and that he even not read my emails.

and that i have my rewards now, so your story is not true.

Never got a notification.

But seems like i now got all the program rewards.

Have the watches, the loaded painting, the tattoo, the liverys, and the shirts.

 

Now it means waiting for the 2nd set if rewards with the cash...

Damn, apparently I'm the last one who still didn't get everything (at least I finally got all parts of the Silver tier now). Also, curious thing: starting yesterday, I no longer see the various promo texts when Online is loading. It's just the usual background pictures changing each other, but no texts (all those texts about the casino, the discounts, the new vehicles etc). Not sure whether this might be related to them doing something manually with my account.

Okay, I was curious about the monetary awards from the expansion to the Diamond Program. I asked Rockstar about it and they said they will be sending out the new stuff ($250k+, Royals Tattoo, etc.) on the 28th, so no need to worry about that yet.

They never should have tiered the program.  Considering that they've struggled in past to get rewards out in time for simpler things like "log in between this date and this date"  I don't know how they figured they could handle a promotion with multiple checks involved efficiently.
