Just finished talking with support in chat.

Got promised that 'everything has been added to my account, you will get it on login'.

 

After login, the only thing that appeared was the 'She's Loaded' wall art, and 2 wrong tees - the blue D T-shirt and the Mammoth T-shirt, instead of Classic and Truffade ones. Nothing else has been added.

While I understand your frustration, imagine how it felt to see 'we've granted you all of your stuff, just log in to the game', rate the support guy 5/5 everywhere, launch the game and see that nothing except the wall art has been added. ;_;

 

And I can't even open another chat for a couple of hours.

I just got off chat.  After getting connected to an agent, I typed "I know what you did last summer!" and then disconnected.

To make it worse they told me all the awards have been handed out and no longer eligible. No sh*t.Don't care about the liveries or shirts anymore. Just the wall art which i should have gotten since i got the master penthouse day one.

Wow, I guess I should consider myself lucky for getting everything I was owed across 2 characters, granted it was late by a few days. I never even had to make a ticket. I don't want to think how the second round of awards is going to go. If I get nothing from it, I'll just consider myself in the black and call it day. Couple things for anyone wondering:

 

#1: PS4, US, East Coast

#2: I am social club connected. I did not take part in the twich bonus thing.

#3: 2 characters, did everything on 1, did some things on my second, got everything I was owed on both. I did not do things in order. 5 Baker jobs was last on both characters.

#4: The only notification I got was "Rockstar has givin' you some clothes" and it still took 2 days after for the Casino poster to show up.

ill keep nagging  til i get what they owe me. its not my fault their sh*tty system couldnt track and deliver the rewards.

Can’t claim twitch bonus again, and the diamond program rewards have nothing to do with the master penthouse bonus.

 

and they say i spoke amazon but thats not true.

 

yeah i say last month twitch prime for me, bonusses is great for new players. Not for me who played almost 6 years and have everything

So I contacted them again yesterday. The guy told me 'I see that you have those shirts', also said that I'm only eligible for Gold and not above. I said that I'm 100% positive I did 5 missions still on the 7th August, but for now I was logging to GTA to prove to him with screenshots that I have wrong shirts. After that he said that 'we will need to take this conversation to email now, this ticket will be marked as resolved but we will contact you!' - after which ~13 hours have passed and nobody has contacted me yet. Did anyone ever have such a thing told to them by support reps? How long do I have to wait to 'be contacted'? I'm seriously considering making a new ticket and not letting the guy go until I get this sh*t fixed.

Didnt do them all as a crew member but since I had to double host and finish the finale to get credit once, I should get any and all awards. Did that ish w randoms, ffs.

I thought the ticket system was e-mail. When you reply to one of the e-mails generated from the ticket system it reopens the issue.

There's also the web-chat option available sometimes. That was a live chat, and the guy said that this chat request will be closed, and 'we will continue by email', yet no new request was open, and I wasn't contacted.

Strange i did the same thing today and got a very friendly support rep, and got a e-mail back. Sucks this is what's happened to you. Rockstar at it's so called finest

I made a ticked on the 13th and they told me to wait 3 days. After 3 days they told me that everything was unlocked for me recently and if I don't have it I should contact them again. Day later they told me they are aware of it and I should wait 3 more days. Today I chatted with support again, first he was explaining me what to do to get those rewards, only to later point out that I had to do it before the 7th of august (which of course I did). Then asked me for screenshot of rewards section to prove that I have completed everything. Then told me he is working on it and I should wait. 2 hours ago he replied that from their end I never bought the penthouse... Asked for video proof that I do. When he got it he said that from their end I didn't even log into the game for weeks. He (supposedly) forwarded the case with video and screenshots to another department but can't promise they will solve it...

And I thought that daily objectives which are impossible to do ("spin the lucky wheel") considered "working as expected" and no refunds for years long daily obj. streak broken (twice already) is bad.

funny how they ask screenshot of awards, when they can simply look at your profile, same goes for other stats.. sadly those low tier support workers are completely clueless. btw which character you use? 1st or 2nd one?

I just use 1. So 1st.

From my knowledge they see everything in their logs. True those who answer chat mostly have no idea what they're doing and usually give you $$$, but now they won't give you a penny even if you have a valid claim. Then again, he said I don't have a penthouse nor do I even play the game at all according to what he sees. I do block all telemetry, true, but all the stats are visible on social club and if I connect to their servers, retain everything I bought and have access to it then there is no way they can't see it.

Worst update so far, added nothing except a few missions and broke crapload of working features. It's probably the best time to leave the game finally.

I'm beginning to wonder if those who didn't get the rewards actually just messed up fulfilling the requirements. All that debate we had went to sh*t?
