I'm located in Australia and wondering what time the casino will be available for me? Will it be Tuesday 23rd or because of my location is it going to be Wednesday 24th?

I'm located in Okinawa so you're only an hour ahead of me! It'll drop tomorrow around 6-7PM for you!

How do you know it's this time for you?
Rockstar Support just told me that there is no set time

Updates usually drop around 5AM Est so just convert that to your timezone.

It's usually always within the same hour every update. And we don't see that changing anytime soon.
