Another GTA Fan Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 (edited) Are you talking about the red mission circles and yellow arrows for entering buildings? It's possible you was using a cleo mod that disabled the markers and was saving the thread so it remains on the save file even if the mod was removed. Try starting a new game to see if they appear or not. If they do appear in a new game, then the markers being disabled by a cleo script on your save file most likely is the case.
