Calvin.L Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 To anticipate my topic being locked, I will ask a question to the admin / moderator / staff, so first I will open the topic on GTAOnline > Diamond casino & resort and the topic is about how to gamble. on this topic all members are free to discuss with another members about gambling. I made this because I don't know anything about gambling, and because I want to hear any suggestions from other members about gambling so am I allowed to make this topic? You don't have to ask permission to made a thread/topic as long as the topic is related to the the section of discussion (i.e GTAOnline) and doesn't break any of the forum rules then you can make a topic about anything you want and if there is an issue you'll find out soon enough.
