Size of update in Mb divided by line speed in Mb/s divided by 60 if you prefer minutes.

It's one of those things that really does depend on your internet speed, not the platform. Some people it takes 12 hours, some people it takes 10 seconds.

Even the US has that, if you got on Google Fiber. People have trouble getting 10Gbps around their house from their router.

it also depends on disc write speeds, most PC users have SSDs that make the install part faster than consoles with manual HDDs

For me, it depends if my internet wants to be an asshole or not 

 

Literally works great besides the day when a big update drops. I expect it'll take me close to an hour on Tuesday, but I don't really care about 'Spoilers' in Online. So I usually just watch streams or see what the Update added whilst I wait.

Sure I suppose that's true as well, in my experience the "install" part never really takes that long at all though. Maybe I just don't pay attention to it.

I mean we can guess based on previous updates. Anywhere in the 3-6 gb range will cover it.

 

In my case, calculator says what I thought it would say. 3-4 mins.

- Persuade II (whatever that is... parody of gta2 maybe?)
- Don't Cross The Line (from CEO update)
- Invade (parody of space invaders?) 
- Street Crime: Gang Wars (parody of beat em up games?)

I think that's all of it unless I missed something. You guys think they will place those around the map as well (on Del Perro Pier for example)?

I would gladly pay +800k just to add those arcade machines to other properties like bunker or I/E garage.

Lol don't bring PCs to your console war, that always ends up badly. Just because newer gens have similar architecture to PCs (so its easier to port games) doesn't make xb1 a PC, don't make me laugh xd Words have meaning for a reason.

But yeah, there's a very popular theory that in couple of years consoles will be basically PCs. Or that we won't be needing personal hardware to play games, everything will be streamed online.

Don't Cross the Line was only mentioned for the home cinema, unless I missed a pic of an arcade machine.

 

I definitely think the only place you will find those are in the penthouse/casino.

I don't think so. AH had uncompressed music files and AW had like 10-20 different interiors. I don't think casino will beat that unless they added sh*tton of vehicles

Yeah that's probably the case since they mentioned that "Diamond Casino has elusive right to classic arcade games"

Wasted opportunity IMO but I get it, they have to add those paywalls after all... maybe with next dlc they will add more.
