it might not be functional, all casinos have a cashier, for them not to add it would be weird, just because it's there doesn't mean we can use it.  it also says doing side missions for the casino pays in chips, so there is more ways to earn than just the games and wheel, and while I doubt we can redeem chips for GTA$ something tells me we will be able to buy chips with GTA$

the other reason I doubt we won't be able to buy the wheel car is because there will be a new car every week, unless they intend to add dozens of exclusive vehicles some of the vehicles eventually will be ones already for sale.

 I liked how the old one looked, but it was old and run-down looking and definitely not suitable for the type of Glamour and Glitz and luxury that Rockstar is painting this picture for. I think the new one looks good I'm just glad it didn't end up looking like the real-life newer version of the Hollywood Park Casino

I wonder if when Rockstar planned on adding the Casino back in 2015 with SP DLC, if they were going to make it like this with a resort.

You know how they halved the damage the explosive sniper does to people on foot? While leaving it the same for vehicles?

 

I wonder if they could extend that to big helicopters? Or maybe even more extreme, make it a quarter of the damage. Armoured helicopters can typically brush off those sort of bullets after all.

Good question! I wonder what motivated them to add the resort part. It was definitely a good idea, makes me super excited for what's next in December or next summer
