they use the same pool of clothing for randomly spawned NPCs, they don't add clothing that we can't get unless it's a named character, that pool is 6 years old.  those people in the VIP lounge are all players hanging out doing various animations, if they weren't they would have the same clothes as all the other randomly spawning NPCs.  those are new clothes and style options.

wondering what engine sounds the cars will have.

 

hoping for something brand new but most likely will be recycled from previous cars.

 

the truffade will most likely sound like the adder and nero,the ocelot will have a ruston,entity sound,the spyker most likely the typical dewbauchee sound and the obey might sound like  the shafter v12.

I say at least till the end of October to early November.

And yes I think we will see a December update other than the festive surprise.
