Using player characters is easier than making entire new custom models. This is why R* makes NPCs with them. Since the casino has so many people, it's no surprise they will have just done it the easy way.

 

The clothes on these non-players will likely be exclusive to them. Because that is what R* has done in the past. They make sh*t that fits the player character, adds it to their player-npcs, and then DOESN'T give it to us.

 

I can say with 90% certainty that we are not going to be able to wear those clothes. If we can, it'll be a f*cking miracle, and the complete opposite of R*'s prior patterns.

not all NPCs, do you read?  the NPCs you have shown are named or staff, the ones that randomly spawn are not.  the ones that would be on the floor or in the VIP area are not.  everyone in that pic is a player and those are new clothes and styles for us, and it wouldn't be against what they do because the have given us new clothing and styles before and they have showcased them in the trailers.

Don't come crying to me on Tuesday when you can't find those clothes in stores, and every NPC in the casino is taunting you with the unobtainable outfits.

 

Also, who says they are randomly spawned NPCs? For all you know, they are exactly the same as the nightclub dancers, and will spawn there wearing the same outfit, doing the same pre-defined actions every single time you enter the room.

Yep. Something to change the entire meta of the game.

Even if it was just one Bodyguard that you can pay to upgrade, change his style (Gangsta, Mafia, Merryweather, Tactical etc) and he needs a wage each hour.

Especially for armored vehicles they can protect you from being attacked by players, enemies.

It would just be nice to have my own personal customised team who do exactly as I say, without having to rely on some random 5 year old who is wearing luminescent clothing with a pug dog mask on running around like a demented batsh*t and f*cking up my mission and my attempts at immersion and role play.
