To be fair, those that like the Thrax I'm sure would much rather pay the 300k for the coverage than the 2+ million they paid for the car. Didn't really expect it to have a resale value since it is a free item. I know supers aren't for everyone but nowadays 300k really isn't all that much in the grand scheme of things.

 

Although now that I'm thinking of it, there has been a bug going around where cars aren't being insured when they should be. Maybe yours was bugged? I would send a support ticket.

Ejecting from a car to kill a player in Passive is commonly known as car decking, Passive popping is when someone goes Passive in an advantageous position (or a weaponized vehicle) just so they can turn Passive off and get a cheap kill on you.

 

The latter was effectively patched.

Well, I paid 2.5 mil (?) give or take but I got full coverage with that.  

 

But 300K seems like a better deal.

You get money when you want to resell yours, I basically dont (around 200k) since i spent 600 to 700k on upgrades. The 300K means nothing to me in the game, it just shows how

little they think of us or how lazy they are.

Why type all that when you could have just said

 

"GTA really isn't for me because I don't get it's culture, history, or Rockstar and i want it to be something it never was, is, nor will be".

I haven’t caught up properly so this has probably already been addressed but JUST IN CASE

If you had to PAY FOR YOUR PENTHOUSE it means you haven’t actually claimed it yet. 

You have to go to twitch and claim it. The rebate is for people who linked accounts before the 19th but have not yet claimed their free penthouse. 

You have another 24 hours to claim it so I’d do it or you’re not getting your rebate

This is what After hours should have been. All future updates for any Rockstar game should offer something like this. If the wait is a few extra months more than so be it. The Rockstar I love didn't care how long  the wait was as long as it had enough content. I would just hate to see something like Rockstar go down the quick and easy route. Something they have been doing recently.

 

My favourite thing is the Place decoration, something so small makes the biggest difference.

The Penthouse is not too expensive at all. Not by a long shot. It's the largest property in the game. The yacht is far more expensive for what it is. People can't expect the Penthouse to be cheap. It's meant to be exclusive. I was fully expecting to pay around 10 million for it.

 

Regarding owning the casino, there was never any indication anywhere that we would be able to own it.

 

Why are people in "your" casino? Because it's not your casino. You don't own it, nor have you bought it. It's a public space. If you don't want to encounter other players in it, go into a solo session.

 

Sorry, but a lot of your complaints are very picky and not really justified.

I played like 4 hours yesterday and really enjoyed it even though it doesnt have too much clothing and no hairstyles ...

 

And I already lost 200k on chips and noticed that I might have a gambling addiction now lol  I want to play more gambling but since we play against the AI i dont trust it fully

The drip-feed of this update can easily take us to December if R* were to release a new car every week from now on.

The list of new cars will stop by November, but there are still more new modes and things to drip-feed.

Meh, there are only a couple of things i want from the dripfeed wich are the bravado's, the Emerus and the Rampant Rocket.

 

Also i couldn't even play the DLC yesterday due to the horrible server status on PS4. Might try again today in the evening once the hype goes down a little. The games are fun to play, but it wouldn't even let me take a seat at the games because of the lag and severe rubber banding in the lobbies.

I don't gamble. I have no interest in it, therefore no one is taking anything from me.

 

I do however like plush property, a great free limo service with a highly amusing lunatic driver, and sports and supercars, so this update is wonderful in my eyes.

 

Other points of view to your own are available. That is always a good thing to remember as one walks through life.

On topic, the slot machines I found didn't pay out anything. Played a bit of 3 Card and won mostly on that so that was nice. Bit easier to gamble on that one as opposed to pure chance. The roulette wheel I couldn't win on so stopped doing that.

 

Games are a bit of a laugh but I won't be sinking money into it. Bought my penthouse fully upgraded and still have over 100million in the bank. Not going to buy any of the new cars, but will get some of that artwork to decorate lol.
